Jarvis Content Operations is a desktop-based content workflow application. This policy explains what information may be processed when a user connects a supported social media account.

2. Information processed

The application may process account identifiers, authorization tokens, publishing status information, content metadata, analytics returned by connected platforms, and media files selected or generated for publishing.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to provide requested application functions, including account authorization, content preparation, publishing, status tracking, analytics, quality control, and recovery of interrupted workflows.

4. Storage and security

Credentials and authorization data are intended to be stored locally or in the application's configured secure credential storage and are not embedded in public source code. The application is designed to minimize credential exposure in logs and generated artifacts.

5. Sharing

Information is shared with third-party services only when necessary to perform a user-requested function, such as rendering media or publishing content through an official platform API. Personal data is not sold.

6. Retention

Operational data may be retained as needed for workflow continuity, analytics, audit history, and error recovery. Temporary media and provider artifacts may be deleted after they are no longer required.

7. User control

Users may disconnect supported platform integrations, revoke authorization through the relevant platform, and stop future publishing activity. Revoking platform access may prevent further API operations.

8. Third-party services

Connected services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Jarvis Content Operations uses official authorization and API mechanisms where available.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when application functionality or connected services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
